SRVUSD Annual Update

San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.

The Annual Update window for the 2019-20 school year is scheduled to open on Thursday, June 20 for Windemere Ranch Middle School. Complete the district online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. To begin the process, click on the Annual Update link located in the bottom left corner of your Welcome page titled “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.

Windemere Registration/Donations

On-Site Registration Dates: August 6th 10:00AM-1:00PM & 4:00PM -7:30PM

Windemere’s online registration link will be live and posted here on July 26th. 

Starting July 26th, you may go through the Online Registration/Donation/Purchase process and print a receipt at the end of the online process.  Bring Receipt to Onsite Registration on August 6th.  WARNING: the busiest and slowest time is from 10-11AM. At Onsite Registration, students will receive textbooks, photo ID, and purchased items like PE clothes and calendar.  6th graders will receive their locker and combination.  The locker rooms will also be available for students and parents to check out and practice their locks.
